Cooperative profile

Demoelà produces goods and services in the game industry. It designs and builds board games, card games, role games, strategy games, video games and computer programs for games. It also offers specific consulting and advisory services to:

• authors of new games to carry out feasibility studies on new proposals;
• businesses and associations to present games as an educational tool to build the skills needed to operate effectively in the real world and to create and strengthen links with customers, workers and citizens.

Games are produced starting from common papier-mache to modern software. In the first period of activity, the cooperative has created and sold three games: Zena 1814, GrowerZ and MyBrother.

Target market

The cooperative’s target market is that of game lovers of any age and casual players interested in social issues. Demoelà games are currently sold in Italy, Germany, France, the Netherlands and Spain and soon will go to the United States. The cooperative would like to maintain the game designing in Italy, locating the actual production abroad and building a supply network in the western countries.

Founders

The cooperative is made up of three members, longtime friends, differently skilled (a lawyer, a shop owner and a businessperson) but all very fond of games.
